So you are ready to put on excellent grips like the ProGrip 714 or Pro Taper Pillow Top grips, but you realize the stock ones are glued to the throttle body. No more fighting with your throttle.
 
Get a new throttle body and mount your grips on a fresh tube. The same goes if you crash enough that your tube is all gouged and not spinning freely anymore. A plastic throttle tube works well and spins freely on our aluminum bars.
 
This model fits the Suzuki DR650 1996 to current and DR-Z400/S/SM all years as they both use a push/pull cable setup.
