Returns Policy

We're a small business run by riders that make every effort to bring the best value and service to our ADV community.

While we can't afford free returns without question, we will always try to find an equitable solution.

 

  • If you buy something from us and change your mind about it, or you inadvertently purchased the wrong bit for your bike. That's on you and will be your responsibility. 

    If the package is unopened and can be repacked the same way it arrived, e.g. zip-lock bags and all packing materials, it shows no signs of installation or damage. We'll take it back.

    Send us an email with the subject "Return Request" and describe why you need to return it.

    We'll email you a return number to enclose in the parcel and refund your card with the purchased item's cost and shipping MINUS a 20% restocking fee once we receive the package. You cover the cost of shipping for the return.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you're unsure if the part will fit your bike, send us a note with your bike's relevant details to double-check. We will make sure you purchase the correct item. We want to prevent any unnecessary back and forth of parcels as shipping is expensive! We will do everything we can to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.

 

  • If we make a mistake in processing your order and send the wrong part, please accept our heartfelt apologies. Sigh, we're human. It happens. You're entitled to a complete refund or exchange and free return shipping.

    Send us an email with the subject "Return Request" and describe the reason for the return. We will be in touch to either send you the correct part or proceed with a full refund.

  • Electrical/electronic items have a NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS policy. It's difficult to determine if the part is improperly wired and installed.

    When you buy these products, you must have the necessary knowledge to ensure a proper installation on your bike. Where possible, we provide installation instructions. We test to ensure everything that leaves our shop is in 100% working order. Some items might still reach you as defective.

    Please contact us if you're having an issue with an electrical component, and we'll get you sorted and keep you braaping with a grin from ear to ear. If we can determine an electrical item is "bad out of the box," we can proceed to a refund or an exchange--your choice.
