Great News — We're Shipping to the US Again!

​

We've resumed deliveries to our US customers by shipping via Europe, one of our few reliable routes. The rates are reasonable, and most orders arrive within 10–14 days.

 

You won't see tracking information until your package arrives in the US and is handed off to USPS after it clears US Customs.

​

Need your parts sooner? We're now offering UPS for expedited shipping. UPS is upfront about their charges, so there are no surprises — but please note this is a premium option. Regardless of what our system quotes, we'll confirm the exact cost with you first. If you're happy with the quote, we'll send a payment link for the balance.

Shipping to U.S. Customers – Tariffs

We currently have an interim solution in place for shipping to the U.S. that complies with recent U.S. tariff regulations. 

​

How it works:

  1. Place your order as usual through our website, and we will automatically charge a 10% duty on your subtotal (before shipping costs) to comply with recent U.S. tariff regulations, plus a $4.99 CAD clearance fee for our shipping partner to process your order through U.S. customs.
     

  2. If you aren't charged when you submit your order, we will email you a secure payment link for the applicable duty and clearance fees. We are a small business, and we can't absorb these costs.
     

  3. These fees include:

    • 10% duty calculated on your order subtotal (before shipping), and

    • A $4.99 CAD clearance fee (these charges are paid directly to our shipping partner)
       

  4. Once we receive full payment, we will ship your order and send tracking details in your shipping confirmation.

 

Please note:

If you don’t see your order confirmation or payment link, check your junk or spam folder, as our emails are sometimes filtered there.

Bushpig Performance is a company created by riders for riders. As a small company, we value your business and ship your order promptly.

 

However, please read our shipping policy below before you place your order. You can also add items to your cart and see the shipping charge directly. If you have questions, email us at info@bushpigperformance.com, and we'll reply promptly.

  • All orders ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada, unless otherwise stated.

  • We ship most orders 1-2 days after we receive them, unless the product description states a lead time. Contact us for current lead times, as they vary by season.

  • All prices on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • We offer Regular, Expedited and XPress shipping services with Canada Post to your destination. Please see the details for each area below. If you have any questions, please contact us.

* In the rare instance that your location might be unreasonably costly, we reserve the right to propose a custom shipping charge. Based on the suggested price, you can accept or cancel the order.

* Please note that the shipping and delivery times are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. 

​

* If the shipping address does not match the billing address provided, we will delay your order until the information is verified.

​

We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address for first-time customers. This security measure protects both parties (you and us) from fraudulent transactions. To avoid delays, make sure the billing and shipping addresses match the address on file with your credit card company, or, for PayPal, ensure you have a verified address.

Shipping in Canada

​

We provide free shipping for all orders over $299.

For orders under $299, we use the best available service and charge a fair shipping rate based on these product categories. If you're over the $299 threshold, please select Free Shipping from the dropdown menu at checkout, and we will ship using Canada Post Regular/Standard. You can still choose faster shipping, but you will be charged accordingly.

Please note that we add PST/HST taxes for your province/territory to our fellow Canadian riders' orders at checkout. If you are local to Vancouver or will be in the area, contact us at info@bushpigperformance.com to waive your shipping fees. We can also arrange in-person pickup.

Import Taxes:

We do not charge sales tax on US orders, but please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs, clearance, and tariff fees that may apply at the destination. Buyers are responsible for understanding the customs laws in their delivery state.

 

US import taxes are based on the declared customs value and vary by the US state where the product ships. Due to export laws, we list all products at their actual cost and cannot change the shipment value.

Customs delay: 

Please allow additional time for the customs office to flag and hold your package; this can take a few business days.

​

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the risk of loss and title for items purchased on Bushpigperformance.com passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, or if such items must cross an international border, then the risk of loss and title passes to you upon customs clearance.​

International Shipping

(rest of the world)

Larger packages can be costly to ship internationally. Our system occasionally quotes a cost that is far too low. If so, we will contact you to make up the difference or, if the cost is prohibitive, cancel your order. Please contact us for a quote and shipping options.

For European orders, please watch your tracking closely. We have found that many European postal services do not notify you when your package arrives. We provide a tracking number so you can see when your package enters your country. We strongly advise you to visit your local post office without delay, as they will hold your package for 4 days to 2 weeks before returning it to us at our expense. If this occurs, we have no option but to pass those charges on to you, and we will charge you again (for the third time) to ship your package.

We make every effort to provide customs and your postal service with all the information they need to contact you. If they don't, it is out of our control. We provide a tracking number so you can see when your package arrives in your country. You are responsible for contacting your local post office or customs office to pick up your package and pay the required duties.

International Tracked Package

  • 6-21 days (this doesn't include the time the package is held in customs, which we have no control over)

  • Please check your tracking carefully. Your local postal service may not inform you that your package has arrived. Use your tracking number to monitor its progress until it arrives in your country. We strongly advise you to visit your local post office as soon as possible to pick up your package and pay the required duties. Your package may be returned at our cost.

  • Tracking included.

XPress Post International

  • 4-21 days (this doesn't include the time the package is held in customs, which we have no control over)

  • Please check your tracking carefully. Your local postal service may not inform you that your package has arrived. Use your tracking number to monitor its progress until it arrives in your country. We strongly advise you to visit your local post office as soon as you can to pick up your package and pay the required duties. Your package may be returned at our cost.

We Do Not Ship to the Following Countries Due to Canadian Sanctions

Belarus, Central African Republic, China, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guatemala, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

All international customers are responsible for paying VAT and import duties. Due to export laws, we list all shipments at their actual cost and cannot change it.

Please allow extra time for your country's customs office to flag and hold your package; depending on the country, this can take 5-20 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the risk of loss and title for items purchased on bushpigperformance.com passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, or if such things must cross an international border, then the risk of loss and title passes to you when they clear customs.
