Shipping Policy

Bushpig Performance is a company created by riders for riders. As a small company, we care about your business and make every effort to deliver your order promptly.

 

However, please read our shipping policy below before you place your order. You can also load your cart with your items and see the shipping charge directly. If you have questions, email us at info@bushpigperformance.com, and we'll reply promptly.

  • All orders ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada, unless otherwise stated.

  • Most orders are shipped 1-2 days after receipt unless there's a lead time stated in the product description. Get in touch to find out current lead times, as they vary depending on the time of year.

  • Remember that all prices on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • We offer Regular, Expedited and XPress shipping service with Canada Post to your destination. Please see the details for each area below. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

* In the rare instance that your location might be unreasonably costly, we reserve the right to propose a custom shipping charge. Based on the suggested price, you can accept or cancel the order.

* Please note that the shipping and delivery times are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

* If the shipping address does not match the billing address provided, we will delay your order until the information is verified.

We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address for first-time customers. This is a security measure to protect both parties (you and us) from fraudulent transactions. If you want to avoid delays, make sure the billing and shipping address matches the address on file with your credit card company, or in the case of PayPal, make sure you have a verified address.

Shipping in Canada

We provide free shipping for all orders over $299.

For orders under $299, we use the best service available to provide you with a fair shipping rate based on these categories of products. If you're over the $299 threshold, please select Free Shipping from the dropdown menu at checkout, and we will ship using Canada Post Regular/Standard. You can still opt to choose faster shipping, but you will be charged accordingly.

Please note that we add the PST/HST taxes for your province/territory for our fellow Canadian riders at checkout. If you are local to Vancouver or will be in the area, contact us at info@bushpigperformance.com to waive your shipping fees. We can arrange for you to pick up your parts from us in person.

Shipping to the USA

​

We provide free shipping for all orders over $299*.

For orders under $299, we use the best service available to provide you with a fair shipping rate based on these categories of products. If you're over the $299 threshold, please select Free Shipping from the dropdown menu at checkout, and we will ship using Canada Post/USPS Tracked Packet USA. You can still opt to choose faster shipping, but you will be charged accordingly.

Import Taxes:

We do not charge sales tax on US orders, but please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs and clearance fees that may apply at the destination. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the customs laws regarding their delivery state.

 

Import taxes in the US are based on the declared customs value and differ depending on the US state where the product ships.

Due to export laws, we list all products' value at their actual cost and cannot alter shipments' value.

Customs delay: 

Please consider the additional time the customs office may flag and hold your package; this can be 5-20 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the risk of loss and title for items purchased on Bushpigperformance.com passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, or if such things must cross an international border, then the risk of loss and title passes to you when they clear customs.

International Shipping (rest of the world)

​

Larger packages can be extremely expensive to ship internationally. Our system occasionally quotes far too low a cost. If this is the case, we will contact you to make up the difference or to cancel your order if the cost is prohibitive. Please contact us for a quote and shipping options.

Small Packet International Air

  • 6-21 days (this doesn't include the time the package is held in customs, which we have no control over)

  • Tracking is NOT included. This is a cost-effective shipping method, but you will not receive a tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please get in touch for more shipping options (if available).

XPress Post International

  • 4-21 days (this doesn't include the time the package is held in customs, which we have no control over)

  • Tracking included

  • Regular mail service.

  • Estimated delivery time: 14-45 days.

  • Order shipped confirmation.
  • No tracking.

*In the rare instance that your particular location would not be possible with our chosen service or would be unreasonably costly. If you know of issues shipping to your country, we can use the courier of your choice to send your order. We reserve the right to hold on to your order and propose a custom shipping charge. You can accept or cancel the order based on those shipping fees.

VAT/Import Taxes:
