You are not alone if you've stripped your magneto cover plug while making your valve adjustment. We've all done it. Or maybe you want to add a little colour to your piggy!

 

Our replacement is considerably more robust, lighter, and less prone to stripping than the stock units. These plugs are made of a durable aluminum alloy, making them more rigid to transfer torque effectively.

 

It also uses the same 10mm and 6mm hex key as the original, so you don't have to carry extra tools in your kit while travelling.

Note: If you're confused, the engine plug is also known as a magneto cover, flywheel cover, and crankcase plug. The smaller one is called a timing plug.

 

The o-ring for the engine is not included. You can reuse your old one if in good condition or get a new set of seals here: Magneto + Timing Plugs Seal Kit.
