Are looking at doing your valves soon? Of all our pigs, the Suzuki DR650 is one of the simplest bikes to adjust the valve on, besides the XR650.

This tool will help you fine-tune that gap even more easily by holding the tappet firmly as you tighten back the nut.

A convenient T bar with 3 sizes of squares (3, 3.5 and 4 mm) to hold the tappet (the adjustment screw) firmly and a double-sided wrench for the locking nut (9 and 10mm) make the adjustment a straightforward operation.

The T bar slide in the wrench part or your own 10mm wrench (a six points box wrench might help on the exhaust side, as it is tight against the frame) so you can lock the nut while holding the tappet at the right position.

Affordable and heat-treated for durability, this tool should last you a lifetime for all your tappet valve adjustments. Also, check our Feeler Gauges Set to complete your tool kit!
