Know your clearance range for your bike and check them at the required interval!
 
For example, the Suzuki DR650 need to be checked every 12,000km/7,500 miles and the allowable clearances are:
INTAKE: 0.08-0.13 mm (0.003-0.005 in)
EXHAUST: 0.17-0.22 mm (0.007-0.009 in)
 
With 4 inches long and tapered blades that are hardened and polished, this feeler gauge set makes the job easy even on a tight spot like the exhaust side of the DR.
Additionally, you can bend the tip to get in, without touching the cylinder head if need be.
 
This set has 17 sizes, in the ideal range for all our Bushpig bikes, marked in millimeters as follow:
0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.07, 0.08, 0.09, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.40, 0.50, 0.75 and 1.00mm
 
Tech Tip: It's best to set the clearance on the wider side, as the gap tends to decrease over time (yes, it's counterintuitive but look it up!).
Also, the 0.75mm blade is ideal to check your DR650 spark plug gap as well!
