Spring recommendations:
The 400Lbs spring is the standard choice for 95% of the riders.
It will work very well if you are under 250 pounds (without your gear) and don't ride with luggage or passengers often.
 
If you regularly carry pannier boxes and/or a passenger and also weigh over 250 pounds, you will probably benefit from the 500Lbs spring.
 
Notes:
Because of the Gen3 new frame design, accessing the spring collar to adjust your sag would be impossible on the Moab. This is why the Moab for Gen3 is only sold WITH the Remote Preload Adjuster.
Remote Adjuster will NOT fit California bikes or others, with emissions equipment in place.
