Spring recommendations:
The 400Lbs spring is the standard choice for 95% of the riders.
It will work very well if you are under 250 pounds (without your gear) and don't ride with luggage or passengers often.
 
If you regularly carry pannier boxes and/or a passenger and weigh over 250 pounds, you will probably benefit from the 500Lbs spring.
 
Notes:
Because of the limited space left around the piggy-back reservoir, accessing the spring collar to adjust your sag would be impossible. This is why the Pro Series is only sold WITH the Remote Preload Adjuster.
Piggyback reservoir and Remote adjuster will NOT fit California bikes or others, with emissions restriction equipment in place.
Gen1 variant includes the necessary new lower shock bolt.
