If you want to go a tad more toward off-road/slow speed/torque, going for a 14x42 or 43T is great. You'll still cruise at a reasonable highway speed without too high rpm.
 
If you want to prioritize commuting/road manners and taming down vibrations at highway speed, keep the 15T but go smaller in the back like a 38, 39, 40T.
