The air cut-off valve on the Keihin CVK40 carb is known to crack, leak, and complicate tuning — especially with aftermarket exhausts or jet kits. This Air Cut-Off Block Kit replaces that whole assembly with a clean, anodized billet aluminum plate, laser-etched with the MCP logo.
Designed to help simplify your carb, reduce vacuum leaks, and sharpen throttle response.

- All Kawasaki KLR650 (1987–2018) with Keihin CVK40
