As much as we love the Honda XR650L, they have an Achilles heel: a weak subframe seriously impeding the bike’s carrying capacity.
 
Remedy to the issue easily by adding the subframe brace kit from Hemisphere Offroad!
 
Made from 6061 and 5052 black anodized aluminum with stainless steel threaded inserts, the  subframe support will add significant, noticeable stiffness to your subframe and increase your load carrying capacity.
 
There is no comparison with the competition using thin sheet metal dog-leg stiffeners, or the stiffener interferes with your exhaust because it is installed on the exterior of the bike.
 
The Hemisphere Offroad kit uses 10mm (3/8”) thick solid bars and is completely inside the bike frame, under the rear fender mounted on existing bolt locations, no modification required.
 
The stiffener hoop is fastened very securely using the included hardware, and ties the left and right frame bars together for even more rigidity.
 
Notes:
If you have a 2021 model or newer, this kit will not fit.
If you have side racks that use the turn signal bolts for mounting, you will need to use extra long bolts not included in the hardware.
Extra wide tire such 130 wide Michelin Anakee Enduro does not fit.
