Rider riding weight in between 145 to 185 lbs = 0.52 kg/mm (39% stiffer than stock).
Rider riding weight in between 185–235 lbs = 0.58 kg/mm (56% stiffer than stock)
Rider riding weight in between 235–285 lbs = 0.63 kg/mm (66% stiffer than stock)
Rider riding weight in over 290 lbs = 0.70 kg/mm (84% stiffer than stock)
 
Riders near the transition area of spring selections weight-wise, should choose the rate under or above the listed recommendation dependent on their riding habits and preferences.
 
As an example; a very aggressive rider who prefers a firmer feel and greater bottoming resistance should choose the firmer rate just above the recommended rate.

These springs are slightly shorter than stock. To set proper preload, you’ll need to cut your own spacer using PVC or aluminum tube—super simple, and a great way to fine-tune your fork feel.
