We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce store specializing in dual-sport and adventure bike parts, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to help us deliver top-notch service to our community of riders.
Position: Order Fulfillment Specialist
Location: North Vancouver (Lynn Ave)
Type: Full-Time for 6 month contract
Compensation: $24/hour
What You’ll Do:

Pick, pack, and ship: Ensure every order is packed accurately and shipped on time to keep our riders happy and ready to roll.

Inventory management: Organize and monitor stock levels, helping us keep our shelves stocked and organized.

Prepare incoming goods: Receive, check and package parts for restocking.

Quality control: Double-check orders for accuracy and quality to uphold our standards of excellence.

Continuous improvement: Identify ways to improve the packing and shipping process, saving time and resources while maintaining high quality.

Customer communication: Work closely with customer support to resolve shipping or inventory inquiries.

Perform general warehouse duties as needed (receiving shipments, cardboard recycling, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:

First and foremost, punctuality, honesty and integrity.

Attention to detail: You notice the small things and take pride in getting orders right the first time

Ability to work independently: Once trained, you can run the warehouse by yourself.

Good communication skills: English fluency is essential (spoken/written), and French is a plus.

Good computer skills: Able to learn our orders/inventory/shipping software.

Physical fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Interest in motorcycles is a plus, and a fulfilling experience is preferred but not required.

Must have: Right to work in Canada.
