These soft luggage racks are specially designed to support harness-mounted bags on the Yamaha Tenere 700.
 
Typically bags over 16/18L of volume each and especially if they are in a vertical position with a strap over the seat, such as Nelson Riggs, Moose, larger Kriega, Enduristan, Givi, SW-Motech and Giant Loop. They will go in the wheel or touch the exhaust without a rack.
 
We all love the slim rear-end of the T700 but the side panels simply do not offer a large enough surface for decent size bags to rest on. The racks bring a safe support for the weight and offer tie down points for a bounce-free luggage solution.
 
Depending on luggage models, you might or might not need a heat shield on your muffler to avoid any contact.
 
They are also compatible with our Rear Rack.
