The 320mm oversized rotor is initially designed for SuperMoto racing and obviously works very well for the demanding rider looking for the ultimate braking performance on his bushpig. The rotor bolt pattern fits both, the Gen1 and Gen2 KLR, but the bracket adapter is different.
 
The rotor itself is laser-cut from 410 stainless steel stock then CNC machined-ground to perfection before heat treatment.  Particular attention has been given to the float pins with a CNC stainless steel riveted construction AND stainless steel wave springs as well.
 
This ensures a very consistent and straight tracking rotor even under extreme heat conditions like those long descend from high mountain roads. Even more so if you are loaded with your luggage!
 
The rotors are finished with high-temperature paint on all the edges for a clean look and mounted on a black steel carrier for durability and strength.
 
A nice feature is a well-placed hole in the carrier, to mount a magnet insert from the TrailTech computer kit. This makes for a nice and clean installation!
 
The kit includes a caliper relocation bracket (easy to install) and a set of new brake rotor bolts as the stock one are easily damaged.
