How to replace the mirror:
Simply remove all the glass bits with a flat screwdriver (better use some thick gloves here!)
Clean up the silicone left on the mirror holder.
Apply a few good pea-sized blobs of any type of silicone (any waterproof type will do such as RTV, bathroom calling, etc..)
Carefully press the new mirror in evenly, et voila! Like new and ready to ride.
