The T700 has an auxiliary plug located under the saddle that you can use to power your devices and equipment. This cable plugs right into the factory connector and gives you a 24" long cable lead to wire what need. 
 
It uses the same waterproof connector as used on the bike and provides you with two positive and one ground wires.
