Seat Concepts seats are made using a much higher quality foam material than OEM seat foam. The proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride while still offering the necessary amount of support.
The Commuter shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but is much more dished out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area. the passenger platform has been built up to help prevent the passenger from sliding into the rider.
The Commuter seat is the best choice for extended pavement riding and mellow offroad.
These features combine to offer a custom seat feel and provide greater comfort and increased range on a long commute or dual-sport ride.
If you are more commuting and wearing Jeans/Cotton, the "All Carbon Fiber" option makes re-adjusting on the seat a bit easier for city riding. and offer a great look, otherwise, the "Black Vinyl Sides/Black Semi-Grip Top" offers a little bit more grip in the seating area.
